- Assistance, advice and conducting of all CCMA/ Bargaining Council conciliations and arbitrations
- Assistance, advice and conducting of Labour Court Matters
- Compliance to relevant Labour Legislation and Collective Agreements
- Assist and advise on internal and external dispute/ conflict resolution
- Draft legal documentation such as rescission applications, opposing condonation applications etc.
- Assist with labour inspector visits/ compliance orders to ensure compliance with Labour Legislation
