- Recently completed a complex and intensive Remuneration and Benefit project for a large multinational Company in the financial sector covering over 16 African countries where the current structures were being analysed and resulted in implementing the Group’s Remuneration strategy across all their African operations.
- Worked on a large project in the banking sector in Nigeria where two banks merged and resulted in the total overhaul and developing of a new remuneration and benefit policy and structure,which was implemented with 0 cost effect to the business and no employee being in a less favourable position.
